7th Grade Math & Pre-Algebra - Today students were given an updated medal count list from the Sochi Olympics.  Students were then given time to work in their groups to update the graphs (gold, silver, bronze and total medals) that they stared a week ago.  In addition to updating their group graphs in class each student was given a graphing worksheet with data from the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.  Students are to use the data on the worksheet to create a double bar graph that displays the total number of medals and the number of gold medals for each of the 5 listed countries (Canada has already been done for them).  HW - Finish the double graph worksheet prior to Tuesday.
