7th Grade Math - Yesterday's homework was collected at the beginning of class. A quick overview of what to expect on tomorrows quiz was provided so students know what to expect. The daily assignment was handed out and students were allowed to work individually or with partners to complete the assignment and prepare for tomorrows quiz. While students were working on the daily assignment, they were called back one at a time so we could look at the homework collected and discuss any mistakes that they may be making. Study for the Percent Equation Quiz tomorrow.
Pre-Algebra - Yesterday's homework was graded at the beginning of class. A few students were confused on multiplying mixed numbers or fractions so a few problems were worked out together on the board. The daily assignment was handed out and students have time in class to work on it. HW if not completed in class - WS 3-3 Practice B (odds) and Problem Solving (1,3,5)
